Creo license explained

  • How long does my license/seats last for?

  • Your license is valid for a year from the date you purchase it. For example, if you purchase your license on 15th December, 2018 you’ll get regular updates to Creo until 15th December, 2019. To receive updates after that date, you’ll need to renew your license.
  • What happens if I don’t renew my license?

  • If you don’t want to renew your license after it expires, you can continue to use the version of Creo that you have, for as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive any further updates. If you decide you want to renew at a later date, that’s fine — you’re welcome back at any time.
  • Do I need to renew my license to receive fixes?

  • We split up Creo releases into regular updates and bug-fix updates. You’ll always be entitled to a bug-fix update for your last version, even after your license has expired.
  • Can I install Creo on multiple computers?

  • When you purchase Creo, your license entitles you to use Creo on one computer only. If you have multiple Macs, or people using Creo, you can either purchase a volume license at a discount, or add more seats to an existing license key.
  • I’m a student or teacher, do you provide discounts?

  • Yes, we provide a 50% discount for students, teachers and volume licenses. To receive your coupon code, visit our store and provide the following information:
        School ID photo/scan.
Enrolment proof valid for the current studying year.
  • Do you provide discounts for educational institutions?

  • Yes, we provide discounts for educational institutions. Please submit your information through our Store. Make sure to include the number of seats you’re interested in and a member of our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Do you offer refunds?

  • If you’ve changed your mind, and you no longer wish to use Creo, we can offer a full refund within 30 days of you purchasing Creo. Simply contact support and provide us with your order ID.
  • Whats the difference between the unregistered version and the registered one?

  • You can download Creo for free. With an unregistered version of Creo you can create unlimited projects and use the application without any restriction. Mobile apps built with an unregistered version will display a Made with Creo splash screen. If you want to remove this limitation you need to register your copy.
